The Kunteyko Breathing

Kunteyko Breathing is the best of both worlds ~ big, deep, expansive
breathing vs soft, relaxed, minimal breathing. It is vitalizing and is an
excellent exercise not only for the pulmonary system ~ muscles,
ligaments, fascia, cellular matrix and bones ~ also for the mind.
When balanced with Buteyko Breathing in back-to-back sessions, the
result is calmer disposition, clearer thoughts, more oxygen to the body
and a neurological resonance similar to an Alpha state ~ maximum
concentration, awareness and relaxation.

Pre-requisite for a Kunteyko session is at least one Buteyko Breathing session.
